We moved to our Century Old Farm in 1993, which is located in the West Hills of Salem, Oregon. Our dream was to purchase enough land to start a lavender farm. The farm needed a lot of work and so began our journey to restore and preserve this grand old place. We began by tearing out overgrown wild berry vines and tilling the fields to begin planting. We also started to rebuild the broken down post and beam barn. With lots of determination and learning while doing, we began to see improvement.

Today, we have approximately three acres planted in lavender, and every year we look forward to the lavender harvest in late June and continues through July. The fields are filled with the most intoxicating fragrance and when it is blooming and a spectacular sight of vibrant purple hues.
